I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 20+ years. Supporting clients in cultivating healthier thought patterns and behaviors through cognitive behavioral techniques is one of the treatment modalities I employ. I strive to compassionately assist clients in examining the obstacles that hinder their ability to experience joy.
